The highlight of the event was the unique ‘Jal Samagam’, where people from all communities poured water brought from their homes into a single ‘Sarvodaya Kalash’, pledging to eradicate casteism.

Industrialist Meghraj Singh Royal emphasized unemployment as the biggest challenge. He proposed a solar energy model, suggesting that allocating barren land to youth could generate massive employment and income. He highlighted that even 10% utilization of such land could create lakhs of jobs.
Tourism and Traditional Arts Revival
Royal also stressed tourism and promotion of folk arts as sustainable employment sources, citing Jaisalmer’s global recognition as an example.

Calling casteism a social distortion, Royal urged people to return to skill-based identity. He also warned that Artificial Intelligence could reduce jobs, stressing the need to preserve traditional skills and support local businesses.
